Applications include nucleic acid concentration and purity, fluorescent dye labeling, purified protein analysis, expanded spectrum measurement and quantitation of fluorescent dye labeled proteins, Bradford/BCA/Lowry analysis of protein, cell density measurements, and general UV/Vis spectrophotometry, features a 220-750nm wavelength range, 1nm wavelength accuracy, 1mm path length (with auto ranging to 0.2mm), 0.003 absorbance precision (1mm path), 1µL sample size, xenon flash lamp, comes with a Windows 7 computer with NanoDrop v.3.8.1 software installed, monitor, keyboard and mouse, 12VDC.
