ELx405UCWVSM, U version is for both 96- and 384-well microplate washing, CW version is equipped with optimized cell washing, V version allows for a valve module unit to be added for 4 buffer switching (not included), S version includes the ultrasonic advantage priming bath for manifold self maintenance procedures, and M version uses the biomagnetic separation carrier and magnet for bead separation applications, features programmable dispense volumes, flow, and aspiration rates, provides for a wide range of washing capabilities, can be used to wash all microplate-based assays, including ELISA, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, RNA, DNA probes, and cellular assays, supports wash, prime, dispense, and aspirate programs, comes with a vacuum pump, two 4-Liter waste bottles with vacuum tubing, and one 4-Liter supply bottle with dispense tubing, 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 6.3A.
