    The AKTA purifier is a fully automated liquid chromatography system designed for method development and research applications, simplifies the transition from laboratory to full scale production, features 0.01mL/min-100mL/min flow rate and 10MPa maximum pressure, BufferPrep for fast pH optimization, one working platform for all liquid chromatography techniques suitable for protein purification, from micro-gram to gram scale, includes P-900 pump, UV-900 detector, pH/C-900 pH/conductivity detector (a pH probe is optional), Frac-950 fraction collector (one rack will be included, you may choose your rack type to pair with the Frac-950), INV-907 valve, PV-908 valve, M-925 mixer, BOX-900 storage tray, also comes with a Windows 10 computer with UNICORN software installed, alternate configurations are available upon request, depending on availability, 100-240V, 50/60Hz.
